In 2017, Dariynn Silver began a year long songwriting project based on the observation of emotion entitled Self / Scripts. Every month, a song was written, recorded, and released to the listening subscribers, along with a blog post diving into the detailed creation process. The purpose was self discovery. This greater awareness of self and motivation led to greater understanding and ultimately, a deeper sense of empathy and acceptance inwards and toward the other.
