Quench is crafting locally made beverages, created with care, designed to fuel the adventurous spirit in all of us.
Quench came to me looking for a stylish identity to set the tone for the hand made products they produce. So, I created a packaging design system and brand identity that is infused with that handmade spirit.
Development started with the core mark that umbrellas over all the other elements in the identity. Fully hand lettered and designed to be clean and professional, I still managed to squeeze a little bit of fun character into the vintage inspired letter set. The slightly messy edges keep a hand made feel, while still being highly legible.
HANDMADE FREE SPIRIT.
To make sure there was a strong sense of character and personality maintained in the brand, I also created a vintage inspired logotype. This secondary mark to be used across the brand, has a little bit more fun, loose, free-spirited, handmade feel. Highly legible and highly memorable.
Under the main marks developed above, I further expanded the identity with a system that gives each product it’s own feel while maintaining the same basic structure as the rest of the brand. Each line has it’s own main mark in it’s own distinct colour palette, making sure it feels like the same provider, but with it’s own personality.
PACK IT UP.
From here, I created a packaging design system that is flexible and show’s the brands character while also showcasing each products personality. Each product looks great on it’s own, but most importantly they all look unified when they’re stacked beside each other. A little beverage family!

With a delightfully classy brand full of character and spirit, Quench is set up to take on the world and get their beverages into the hands of thirsty adventurers. Its’ identity is ready to represent the story of Quench and the customer stories that the beverages tag along for.
