Honeybee Rodeo is the gaming industry’s latest and greatest group of creative outlaws! As an independent game publisher, HBR is built with a focus on getting the industry’s wildest and most innovative ideas out to the public. Honeybee Rodeo is all about breaking the rules – the gaming industry is the Wild West, after all!

John at HBR came to us looking for a brand kit to launch this venture into the stratosphere like a bundle of dynamite. With a name like Honey Bee Rodeo, the idea floodgates burst open, and there was no stopping us from there. Our solution features the perfect fusion of modern design style and retro/western/kitschy flare – that honeybee wrangler is just flying off the page!

The Bucking Bee and the western “saloon” style typography are such a great foundation to build on that the alternates and secondary marks almost designed themselves. It’s all here: Texas rope script, BBQ badges, and keystone shapes.
